From Norway we get the material from "Tidal Water", vocalist, composer and producer from Oslo. As the artist tells us, music has provided him with a profound channel to express social concerns and personal challenges, from substance abuse to social inequality.
His musical journey began in his twenties, when an important personal change led him to discover the guitar. This self-taught exploration was soon replaced by singing as his primary focus in music, prompting him to develop his vocal and songwriting skills.
He currently collaborates with talented artists such as Txai Fernando, Renato Anesi, Jim Lehner and Papa J. Each collaboration has brought unique perspectives and experience, enriching the music we create together. Today we have the opportunity to listen to the first single from the project, which is called "Corrupted" and which heralds the arrival of their debut album Polarity later this year.
Musically it presents us with a raw and organic Rock that is very pleasant to listen to. We can almost feel like we are part of a great "Jam" session due to the attractive arrangements and guitar riffs present in the composition. Without a doubt we are facing a project that manages to create its own style that is nourished by "Hard Rock", "Rock" and "Alternative Music" but has an ingredient that makes them unique. We really like how the recording captures that feeling of a live performance, we think the use of the effect on the voice is very successful. It is definitely a project that we recommend and leaves us wanting to hear more of his productions.
